LIMITED WARRANTY STATEMENT

POSHDOG limited warranty covers only defects that arise as a result of normal use of the product and does not cover any other problems including those that arise as a result of:
improper handling, damage by accident, abuse, improper installation, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modification.

POSHDOG shall have no obligation to repair, replace or refund until the customer returns the defective product to POSHDOG.

Please present your receipt as proof of purchase to qualify.

Units will have to be brought to POSHDOG, located at 33 Jalan Bahagia.
Please contact us and arrange for your units to be dropped off.
