Our 3-day product exchange policy is designed with customer satisfaction in mind.
Send us your exchange request through the contact form. We will revert to you within 24 hours.POSHDOG will usually only allow exchanges for defects in items. However, we will review your request and may grant your request for an exchange if the reason is legit. We will revert to you with an authorization email for you to proceed with the exchange. Returned items must be in new or like new condition, in its original packaging.
For replacement items of lower value, the excess amount will be forfeited. For replacement items of higher value, customers will make good the difference. Discounted price items are final sales and are not eligible for exchange (except for 10% discount for self-collection). Kindly note that delivery / postage fees are not refundable.

Who pays for the postage or delivery charges incurred for exchanges?
Exchanges
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us via post. Delivery of replacement item/s is chargeable at $5-$10 depending on size of item.
Incorrect Orders
For customers who ordered through delivery / postage only.
If we ever do send you incorrect merchandise, we will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us, or collect the item from the item's location. This applies only to local orders. The decision to either collect the item or have the customer send the item through postage lies solely on POSHDOG.
We will then send the correct order to you.

Please note that POSHDOG holds the final decision in all matters regarding the exchange of items. We follow the guidelines stipulated by CASE (Consumers Association of Singapore). Should you have a change of mind after accepting delivery, or later than 3 days after order arrives (customers who received order through post), we will not be obligated to do an exhange under Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act
